Shipping charges
We offer free shipping on orders of US$49 or more. Orders under US$49 are charged a flat shipping fee of US$4.99. The applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.
Taxes & duties included
All Prymen product prices include applicable taxes and duties. Customers do not need to pay any additional import tax, customs duty, or handling fee upon delivery.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the address.
Split shipments
Items in the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels. When this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number at no extra charge.

Why has my tracking not updated yet?
Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch. It may also pause while a parcel is moving between carrier hubs or awaiting a local delivery scan.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
First check the latest tracking event and confirm that the delivery address is correct. If the parcel has not moved for an unusually long period, contact our support team with your order number.
What if my parcel is marked delivered but I cannot find it?
Check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the local carrier. Carriers sometimes scan parcels as delivered shortly before the physical drop-off. If it still cannot be located, contact us promptly.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. If the parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping charges may apply.
Do preorder items ship separately?
When an order includes a preorder item, the full order may be held until all items are available or shipped separately, depending on inventory and fulfillment arrangements. The estimated preorder dispatch date shown on the product page takes priority.
